1. General Terms

jitacc (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online entertainment service operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between jitacc and each user of the platform ("you" or "member").

These Terms apply to all services, features, content, and functionality of the platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are considered an integral part of these Terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each individual is permitted to create only one account. If the same person operates two accounts, both accounts may be permanently terminated.
• The name, phone number, and payment information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to use the account is prohibited.
• In the event of suspicious activity or an account breach, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

jitacc reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested if necessary. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If a member creates an account using false age information, the following will apply:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All balances and winnings in the account will be forfeited.
• jitacc reserves the right to take relevant legal action.

We are committed to protecting minors. If a parent or guardian believes their child is using this platform, please contact our support team.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Failure to provide the correct reference number at the time of deposit may delay the credit to your account.
• Deposited funds found to be from fraudulent or illegal sources will be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• After a withdrawal request is submitted, jitacc begins processing before the verification process is completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until incomplete wagering requirements are fulfilled.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

By accepting jitacc's bonus and promotion offers, you are considered to have agreed to the following terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus is offered on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the original bonus amount must be fulfilled.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be added to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete.

5.2 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• If bonus misuse or manipulation is detected, the account may be closed.
• jitacc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

jitacc's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on active participation on the platform and gaming history. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the jitacc platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all members.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, jitacc reserves the right to apply the correct odds.
• Bets related to match fixing or result manipulation will be declared void.
• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

6.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• After a match has started, live bets are only accepted in accordance with the designated markets.
• If a match is suspended due to rain or other reasons, bet settlement will follow the guidelines of the International Cricket Council.
• For BPL, IPL, or T20 matches, bets are finalized after the official result is announced.

6.3 Slots and Casino Game Rules

• All slot games and casino games are operated with verified and fair results.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the bet status is preserved and the result is displayed upon reconnection.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts or funds.
• Any attempt to hack jitacc's systems or breach its security.
• Creating or operating an account using false or fraudulent information.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Rights of jitacc

jitacc reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Member Rights
